At Villa Rey we'd like to help you leave as small an eco-footprint as possible. Our hot water, heating and cooling is from a heat pump, which works very economically on electricity. In future, when the italien government and electricity producers are ready, we will produce our own electricity with fotovoltaic panels. We compost or recycle practically all waste. We make you move, if you want to by bike or by feet to discover the beauty and the richness if the cultural heritage. We support local farms and a host of other local businesses.
The renovation of the old houses has been done with natural materials, considerations of Feng Shui and ecological arcitecture to safe energy. We supportet only local businesses for the construction work.
